United by Seperation

Death is a known reality in the world that we could never rid ourselves from. We have to learn to accept and adapt to it, even though we see it almost every day, we haven’t learned to let go of those who no longer tie their lives into this world. We try to live our lives, and we are affected by those who live and yet also those who left, inspiring to live on or living by their beliefs.
Osama Bin Laden, captured and killed by the Navy Seals, has been dead for over 2 days now. He was held responsible for 3,000 deaths during the plane crash of 9/11. And despite the fact that we have only been informed at such short time, despite all this celebrating of his death throughout the U.S, is it really crucial to hold on to this much excitement, to be happy? Will all this joyous commotion cause the people in Al Qaeda to be filled with more rage and hatred towards America, and to take action in what Bin Laden believes in, which is to rid of and have a strong dislike towards America? Will we ever see the light of day, the time when all is free and our minds are cleared from the many misunderstandings of our own individuality? We have learned to be our own selves, yet we learned to agree and disagree and like and dislike the many thoughts/ideas of others, we end up contradicting ourselves. The many Americans who are celebrating his death is making a huge mistake, when Al Qaeda is aware of this celebration, they might want to take a step forward and finish off what Bin Laden had planned and they might just take it to the next level.
So what is the number one thing that is preventing Peace? Why is it that we desire it so much and yet we don’t take action to what we really want? War is caused by disagreement; disagreement is caused by different views and selfishness. And yet we ask ourselves why it is that we cannot achieve our goals of World Peace? We were all created differently, we act differently, if our minds were created and formed as one, we would probably be living dull lives, but we would accomplish our goals of having world peace. The one thing that is preventing us from living in Peace is ourselves. We cannot live our lives as such if we keep battling everyday with ourselves, if we want to change others, we should change ourselves first.
